Important Note For Guests: As we continue recovering from the impacts of Hurricane Ian, we want to inform you that whilst this unit is fully ready and prepared for your stay, some other units and common areas across the property may still be undergoing construction or remodeling. We strive to minimize any disruption to your experience, but construction activity may include - noise during normal working hours, equipment visible on the property, and limited access to certain common areas. Certain amenities are currently not available - these include elevators (est. completion 1st March 2025 but host will not be liable for any delays), tennis, and pickleball courts but we are expecting completion soon. A waiver form will be required to be completed as part of the booking process.
