Condo 4B2 is the perfect location for your couple's getaway, beach retreat, or honeymoon! The new owners of this lovely unit invite you to experience their second-floor, one-bedroom condo located just steps from the beach. The entire unit has been refreshed with a new coat of paint. The King mattress is new, as are the 65" Smart TV, sofa and chairs in the light and airy living area. The new high-top table on the spacious lanai is just the right spot to enjoy your morning coffee-the unit includes a standard coffeemaker as well as a Keurig -- or evening beverage as you survey the view overlooking the courtyard pool and out to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for those nights you'd like to cook in, and the unit can sleep up to four using the living room sleeper sofa. The condo rents Saturday to Saturday in Season (Jan.-April), with a four-night minimum the rest of the year.
