Here, you’ll observe what life was like on the islands by viewing historic and original buildings including a 1913 house, a 1926 tea room, the 1926 Sanibel Post Office, the first Sanibel schoolhouse, and the home of one of the famous Sanibel Lighthouse keepers. Inside the historic buildings are genuine 1900’s items. The museum is located at 950 Dunlop Road on Sanibel Island.
