The Herb Strauss Theatre Presents Camping with Henry and Tom
Camping with Henry and Tom, which started its run on January 15th at the Herb Strauss Theatre, is sure to delight audiences with its witty dialogue and insights into the men who are featured in the show: the inventor, the industrialist, and the President!
Based on a real-life event, and of course, real historical characters, Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, and President Warren G. Harding venture into the Maryland woods on a camping trip to escape “civilization.” You can just imagine some of the conversations they will have, including topics about their personal lives, the politics of the early 1920s, and their own beliefs and ideals.
The play will continue at the Herb Strauss Theatre through Tuesday, February 16th. Showtimes are Monday through Saturday at 7:30 pm. There will be one matinee at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 27th. Adult admission is $42 and students/children are $5 per ticket. To contact the theater box office, call: (239) 472-6862.
