J.N. “Ding” Darling Wildlife Refuge Winter Programs
Until the 3rd of April, daily tours and programs are offered throughout the day, Monday to Saturday, at the “Ding” Darling Wildlife Refuge. All programs are free of charge and family friendly, although entrance fees do apply for tours that meet on Wildlife Drive. Tours run an hour to an hour and a half.
Daily tours include:
- Beach Walk
- Biking the Refuge Tour
- Birding the Refuge Tour
- Birds & Wildlife Tour
- Calusa Shell Mound Trail Tour
- Indigo Trail Hike
- Bailey Tract Tour
Daily programs are also offered until April 3rd. Programs are held at the Cross Dike Pavilion on Wildlife Drive, and in the Education Center, and run 30 minutes.
