The Sanibel Public Library is always a popular spot for visitors and residents alike. Located at 770 Dunlop Road, the library is offering a number of programs this month. Just a sampling includes Tuesday, January 12th at 2:00, Carol Rooksby Weidlich, president of the Lee County Genealogical Society, will speak on keeping your genealogical papers in order. At 2:00 on Wednesday, January 13th, author Judith C. Stern will present readings from her first book in the series “Teachings from Mother Earth.” It focuses on the American Indian philosophy, and the impact these teachings have had on her life.
