ALL of our beautiful condominiums are decorated in their own unique style and feature a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, private screened lanai, Cable TV and DVD/VCR. Most units have a stereo and/or CD player. WiFi is available. 1 bedroom/1 bath units have a king bed in the master suite. 2 bedroom/2 bath units have a king bed in the master suite and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. A 3 night minimum stay is required.

Rates are subject to $50.00 non-refundable Administration Fee and Taxes.

RATES ARE BASED ON:  2 persons in a 1 bedroom unit; 4 persons in a 2 bedroom unit.
Each additional person (over 1 year old) from December thru April is $100.00 & May thru November is $50.00. Children under one (1) year of age are free. Maximum occupancy for a one bedroom unit is 4 people. Maximum occupancy for a 2 bedroom unit is 6 people. Rates are subject to change without notice. Lowest weekly rate is based on 7 night, Saturday to Saturday stay.

The above occupancy levels are strictly enforced by the City of Sanibel Fire Code.

POLICIES

TO CONFIRM RESERVATION: A minimum pre-payment of 25% of the total cost plus the Administrative Fee is the required down payment at time of booking, unless the arrival date is less than 30 days in advance.  All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Any interest is retained by Sandalfoot.

FINAL PAYMENTS:  The final payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival by personal check made payable to Sandalfoot Condominiums.

CANCELLATION NOTICE: A 60 day written notice is required for a full refund, 31-60 days written notice for 50% refund, a 30 day or less notice forfeits the full reservation amount. All refunds are less the administrative fee and taxes.

Check in is at 3:00 PM and Check out is prior to 10:00 AM.

Late checkouts are permitted only in the off-season. A late checkout must be arranged with the office at least 24 hours prior to departure date and time.  Late checkouts are subject to a $50. late checkout fee.

Condominium Associations Rules & Regulations: Your unit is confirmed with the understanding that each guest in your party will observe and abide by the General Rules & Regulations provided. Each unit is supplied with a Unit Guest Book with Rules & Regulations.

Substitutions: Should your confirmed unit become unavailable for any reason, Sandalfoot reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations at a comparable rate.

Damages: Guest agrees to assume responsibility of the unit during their stay and report any damages to the office immediately.

Parking: Parking is limited to 1 assigned space per unit. NO PARKING IS AVAILABLE FOR RV’S, MOTORHOMES, BOATS, TRAILERS, JET SKIS, CANOES, KAYAKS, etc.
