RATES SUBJECT TO $50 NON-REFUNDABLE ADMINISTRATION FEE PLUS TAX.

Rates are subject to $40 non-refundable Administration Fee and Taxes.

RATES ARE BASED ON:  2 persons - 1 bedroom, 4 persons - 2 bedrooms.
Rates subject to change without notice. One bedroom can accommodate 4 people; two bedrooms can accommodate 6 people. Extra person charges apply. These occupancy levels are strictly enforced by the City of Sanibel Fire Code.

POLICIES

TO CONFIRM RESERVATION: A minimum pre-payment of 25% the Total plus Administrative Fee or $500.00 whichever is higher is required down at time of booking, unless arrival date is less than 30 days.  Payments in full 30 days prior to arrival Any interest is retained by Sandalfoot.

FINAL PAYMENTS:  Must be received 30 days prior to arrival by personal check payable to Sandalfoot Condominiums.

CANCELLATION NOTICE: 60 days written notice is required for a full refund, less the administrative fee and tax, 31-60 days written notice for 50% refund less the administrative fee & tax, 30 days or less forfeiture of entire reservation amount

TRIP INTERRUPTION/CANCELLATION INSURANCE AVAILABLE - PROTECT YOUR VACATION INVESTMENT FROM THE UNFORESEEN, Call the office at 1-800-725-2250, to request details.

We accept MASTERCARD and VISA. Payment in full due 30 days prior to arrival.


SORRY, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS

Check in is at 3:00 PM and Check out is prior to 10:00 AM.

Late checkouts are permitted only in the off-season. A late checkout must be arranged with the office at least 24 hours prior to departure date and time and are subject to a $50 late checkout fee.

Condominium Associations Rules & Regulations: Your unit is confirmed with the understanding that each guest in your party will observe and abide by the General Rules & Regulations provided. Each unit is supplied with a Unit Guest Book with Rules & Regulations.

Substitutions: Should your confirmed unit become unavailable for any reason, Sandalfoot reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations at a comparable rate.

Damages: Guest agrees to assume responsibility of the unit during their stay and report any damages to the office immediately.

Parking: Parking is limited to 1 assigned space per unit. NO PARKING IS AVAILABLE FOR RV’S, MOTORHOMES, BOATS, TRAILERS, JET SKIS, CANOES, KAYAKS, etc. ;

Sandalfoot Condominium, a resort style vacation complex, is directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the East end of Sanibel Island.
